Tree Trimming

The Tree Trimming Program has four employees, three trucks, one chipper, and one stump grinder to maintain the trees within the street rights-of-way. Each month, the crew trims an average of 45 trees and 10 removals per month.

Concrete Maintenance

The concrete maintenance program has three employees, two vehicles, and one backhoe used to remove and replace approximately 1,600 square feet of damaged sidewalk and 20 feet of damaged curb & gutter per month. This program also includes a trip hazard repair program that places a temporary patch or grind of reported sidewalk trip hazards within the City right of way.

Graffiti Abatement

This program has three employees and vehicles equipped with airless paint sprayers and pressure washers to provide 7-days per week removal of graffiti from both public and private property, averaging 1,300 locations per month. This section also includes the bulk of the City-wide weed abatement prevention through the spraying program.
