The City's two-year General Fund budget is currently being developed to maintain a balanced budget which implements the City's "Momentum MoVal" strategic plan while ensuring ongoing costs are funded by ongoing revenues.

This spending plan will guide the City through its sixth consecutive year of financial stability.

The two Town Halls will provide additional opportunities for Moreno Valley residents to be part of the discussion on the City's long term financial priorities and the development of the proposed two-year budget.
