Guidance for Preparing CEQA Documents

Under California law, each public agency must adopt local implementation guidelines to establish objectives, criteria, and specific procedures for administering its responsibilities under CEQA and CEQA Guidelines. Moreno Valley has adopted its own Rules and Procedures for the Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
