Residents, Businesses and Community members,

I am honored and excited to present the 2024
City Manager’s Annual Report, showcasing
the progress and remarkable achievements
that have shaped our community’s growth
throughout the year.

Together, the Mayor, City Council, city staff,
and the community celebrated numerous
milestones, including the completion of the
historic $50 million pavement rehabilitation
program, the expansion of the electric vehicle
fleet, the LED Streetlight Retrofit Program, and
the launch of the My MoVal Mural Program.

2024 marked a year of growth, expansion,
and the completion of several long-awaited
projects. Notable accomplishments included
the completion of the Moreno Beach Drive
Bridge and the Juan Bautista de Anza Trail, the
expansion of our WiFi Gardens, and significant
business growth as several new businesses
opened their doors in Moreno Valley.
