Community Emergency Response Team
What would you do if disaster knocked at your door?
The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training helps to educate the public regarding disaster preparedness for the hazards that may impact their area, and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety and suppression, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations, to name a few.
CERT Training
Find out how to be prepared, save lives, and work effectively with emergency responders. Upon completion of the class*, each student receives a backpack with various supplies to help get them started on having an emergency kit.
*Students must attend all three days to receive backpack and a certificate of completion. This class is for those ages 18 and over. Space is limited to the first 30 registrants.
